1. RAW (Research & Analysis Work): Understand the global demand / supply of the product in the major markets.
2. Market Selection: Selection of the global markets on the basis of export import analysis. This includes the product exported from India and other countries.
3. “Go to Market” Strategy: Identify the best ways to enter the selected market. Decide upon the channel partners (OEMs / dealers / distributors / agents) to reach the market.
4. Marketing Communications: Prepare the interactive material such as Introductory mail, Corporate Presentation for the overseas correspondence.
5. Country specific requirements: Understand the product certification requirement / regulations in the selected group of countries.
6. Duty structure: Understand the Import and other local duties to calculate the competitiveness. This activity will also help in the Price working.
